*pAPRica* (pipelines for Adaptive Particle Representation image compositing and analysys) is a package for accelerated processing of microscopy 
data based on the Adaptive Particle Representation (APR). It contains separate modules for file parsing and loading, APR conversion, 
visualization, stitching, segmentation, and atlas registration.
